Trans Am
455 Super Duty #17

This vehicle has been SOLD. It is shown here for reference and will remain in the Trans Am for Sale section for a little while.

This rare sample was built in 2021 and just rolled shy of 1,000 miles on the odometer. This is Super Duty #17 of only 50 made, very few in black and T-tops like this one.

The car is one of the 50 with the 455 ci proprietary design SD engine that makes 1,000 HP. This particular TA is automatic 8 speed with paddle shifter, latest generation T-tops and exposed carbon fiber on the hood bird.

These super cars are built under license agreement using the latest Alpha platform of the GM Camaro available. They are not a kit that you can buy and install yourself; they are extremely highly engineered vehicles that go over 9 independent work stations, starting with complete disassembly down to the chassis.

To the exception of door skin and rear quarters (due to safety regulations), the rest of the body panels, including the complex optional T-tops, are made in CARBON FIBER.

The 455 SD engine is the heart of this magnificent automobile, inspired by the 1973-74 legendary Trans Am 455 Super Duty: a proprietarily engineered 455ci DI motor built by Joe Arrington, NASCAR engine builder. Standard 1000+ HP / 1040+ tq.

This is #17 Trans Am 455 Super Duty of the 50 (all sold already). This one was a rare chance to get one.
