The interior is in phenomenal shape, it was restored very nicely, the dash was redone in leather like a Ferrari, very tasteful and probably very expensive job, all the interior parts are like new, is missing the radio, the original one is available and will be installed if wanted or we can do a custom audio system at request.

This is an extremely nice sample of 79 TA Special Edition (see build sheet above showing Y84 code, so is not a clone, this car is the real deal!) , 403ci olds hooked to an automatic 700R4 tranny for better performance (original tranny included with car) it was well maintained and runs very nice, no rust that I can see anywhere, paint is beautiful and all decals are in excellent shape as you can see in the photos, as any black car if you look for imperfections you will find them, even my new 2010 black Camaro has them, keep that in mind. All gauges work properly, A/C blows cold, power windows go up and down as it should, all weather stripping is new, it really looks like new inside out, I am sure will be get many thumbs up and pull trophies at local shows. We are honest sellers and I think the following is worth to mention: The front bumper small trans am decal is misplaced, it goes on the bumper above the grill, not above the headlight like 77-78, I will try to get a new one and put in the right place. Some stripes are not precut like factory, but they are applied pretty accurate and unless you are a purist trans am guy you won't even notice. This car is very quick, the previous owner installed shorter gears and combined it with a 4 speed auto tranny as mentioned above, so now is very fast at take off and also gives you the benefit of cruising at lower RPM's on the highway. It starts right up the morning with out effort, after it warms up runs superb like any other carbureted car. Again, the original tranny will be included with the car, also the original Rochester Quadrajet (a Holley is currently installed) and original intake goes with car . This car wont last so if this is the TA you were looking for
