Vehicle Description

1981 marked the end of the 2nd Gen Trans AM and also the end of the real Pontiac V8.

This TA is one of only 1,160 NON-Turbo SE's built in 1981. The car runs excellent and drives smooth and surprisingly quick. The A/C blows cold and all power options work as it should. The Deluxe interior is in great shape, seems previous owners kept garaged as there are no cracks in the dash, which is very common. The seats are also great and presentable being 40 years old, passenger seat cloth seems to have been repaired at some point  but is hard to notice unless you touch the spot. The gold dash bezel is in excellent condition. door pulls (prone to brake apart) were reinforced.  The exterior of the car is shinny and presents very well, is not a high end concourse car  but will do great at local shows, priced right according to condition, affordable.
