    August 2009 We restore  this rare  1979 trans am special edition for Kevin S. this is a survivor car with onl 9000 original miles , was stored since 1982 see restoration below

front windshield removed since had a small crack and to refinish cowl, the glass will be replaced with new one.

rear done, notice the package tray is also new and the original factory speaker grilles were reinstalled.

The tranny radiator and the horns where eliminated and re routed correctly, and new replacements like factory installed, also all the wires on engine were organized the way it came from factory.

The a/c lost the gas, looks evaporator has a leak, hope is not serious, car drives straight and feels very powerful, I also noticed the dual chrome tips have surface rust tried to clean but is not coming off, I have new tips, I think we should replace, the new replacements are identical and better quality since are made of stainless steel.
