trans am 1977 4 speed

This is one of 731 1974 TRANS AM Super Duty ever made with auto transmission, powered by infamous racing developed Pontiac 455 ci super duty engine, The SD-455 (it said so right on the shaker scoop) had a reinforced block, special cam shaft, aluminum pistons, oversize valves and header-like exhaust manifolds but carried only a 310-horsepower rating. That was an understatement, as many experts estimated the output at 370 horsepower, if not more. According to current owner this car car was on the hands of Steve Schappaugh, renowned trans am guy from Nebraska, also he said Rocky Rotella (also famous Pontiac fellow) had something to do with the ignition on this TA(if you research the net you will find out who this people are in the Pontiac sub-culture).

The car we are presenting here is a real SD 455, matching numbers (see stamps below), Beautiful Admiralty Blue , Deluxe light blue interior in phenomenal shape, no cracks on dash, 8 track cassette player, all gauges working , power windows go up and down fast, factory A/C , honey comb wheels in excellent condition with excellent trim rings, this car is beautiful and will do good at any show, and most importantly fun to drive. car comes documented with PHS (see below) , a true time capsule.

This car was restored about 7 years ago and still looks gorgeous, this is a very good quality show-driver, the Admiralty blue paint makes this SD look stunning!
