It is powered by its original numbers matching SD-455 Code Y8 Engine. Only 731 were built with the Automatic Transmission. This 455 Super Duty is finished in Code 11 Cameo White and has a rare Code 811 Blue Deluxe Interior. It has 19 Cost Options on the factory invoice. That makes this a Hi-Optioned car. Most of the Super Duty's we have seen have far fewer options. When looking for a Collectable Trans AM, Rare Options, Hi Power, Last Year Produced, Low Production and Feature Packed vehicles make for your best investment cars. 1974 was the last year we would see the 455 SD on a factory invoice and that marked the end of the Super Duty era. Some consider this the last real muscle car.
